Toni (Antronette) Yancey, MD, MPH is an expert on health, fitness, and stress management. She is a Professor, Department of Health Services, and Co-Director, UCLA Kaiser Permanente Center for Health Equity in the School of Public Health. She serves on the Board of Directors, among others, of the Partnership for a Healthier America, supporting First Lady Obama's Let's Move campaign. Her second book, Instant Recess: Building a Fit Nation 10 Minutes at a Time, just released, has launched a worldwide fitness revolution. When Dr. Yancey is not in the classroom teaching, she is speaking as the leader of the Instant Recess physical fitness movement inspiring people to get off their cheeks and out of their seats!
